Make a Animal Payment

To pay your Cat or Dog registration you will need the Animal No. which is located on the top right hand side of the Notice shown in the example on the right.

Please note: Animal number and Tag number are different, for payment purposes your unique Animal Number only is required

  • If any details on the notice are incorrect please correct the information on the form and return the entire notice together with payment details to the City of Cockburn in person or by mail.

  • Ensure that the correct information is entered and double check the Animal ID number is the same as that listed on your notice. The City will not be responsible for incorrectly entered information.

If your animal is deceased please complete the details on the rear of the form and return to the City in person or by mail.
